We will always enjoy Katsuya. In fact, it’s in our “favourites” call list (aka speed dial). They get tonkatsu right. The very fact that they make their own breadcrumbs speak highly of the care they put into their dishes. Our go-to orders will always be the Japanese pork tonkatsu. For lent, we tried their fish tonkatsu and still very tasty and delectable. Make sure to get their crab and cheese croquettes. They never disappoint and will for sure make your tastebuds and tummy happy.

So happy they are in scarbs too. I get the same thing every time, the Terri mayo !!! Number one!!!Edit 1 year later:I still love my Terri Mayo. Food is always fast and fresh. I got it to go this time because I was an annoying last minute customer lol and I was so surprised by how much care and attention was given when packing up the meal. All the sauces came separate so it didn’t get soggy and there was a little window cut in the box for the fried chicken so it could release steam and stay crisp!The karaage chicken is so good!! It comes with a few homemade chips and 3 different sauces and omg the wasabi mayo is amazing.Thanks for another delicious meal!

Been meaning to do a review so here goes. One of my Top 3 places to go for a Katsu". Today I had "Red Carbonara Katsu (Pork Loin); little spicy and the pork loin was tender. The staff were friendly and filled my water without asking. My only suggestion is to add a smaller size for the "Chicken karaage". I would have order the karaage if you had a smaller portion one. Keep up the good work Katsuya ... FIGHTING!!!"

Great staff and quality at this location. Food was very hot and fresh and came out very quickly. We’ve tried the: sweet chilli Katsuya, Korean sauce chicken karrage, fries with honey powder and carbonara udon.Not the biggest fan of the udon since it’s very creamy but that’s my fault for not reading or asking about it. The shrimp was delicious however.

First time here!! Was so confused what to order as there was a lot of variety of fried chicken and fish and pork with different sauces!! Went with my office mates and ordered some stuff . Quick service… not too expensive !! loved their ambience and the seating !! served in cute cutlery !!Katsuya Original – Sweet and spicy sauce – goodJapanese katsu – the one I had – which was tasting so good !!Japanese Fish Katsu – perfectly fried fish !! not soggy at allTerri Mayo Katsu – herby and tastyI didn’t taste the Takoyaki (octopus balls) but my friends did and they said its tasty !!

My favourite katsu restaurant! Their red carbonara dish is so good. I usually stay away from their appetizers, but the honey fries are also very good. Service is okay, we were not handed cutlery until after we received our dishes and had to wait for them.

My only complaint was the rice was dry. However the portions were great, the food was good; it kind of reminds me of fancy chicken tenders. If that sounds like you, then I 100% recommend trying this place out. I loved coming here with my parents.

Could have few more seats and tables but food is very good. Good menu with plenty of options. The katsu chicken fillet was delicious and filling. I'd come here again
