I had bad experience with this store,Trying to support local stores during the pandemic but look like this store no need new customers.I took my daughter there for the first time.it was an other customer inside so they ask us to wait in the door because of the COVID protection instructions it’s actually very good, while we waiting 3 other group coming that look like they are long time customer because they know each other and go inside for the shopping without anyone ask them to wait.Imagine what I can answer my daughter when she asked me why they didn’t like us! She is just 4 years and she was so excited

first time purchasing western work boots. I could not get a straight answer to any of my questions, fit? feel? tightness? toe space? I ended up buying a pair of boots that are way to small, now I'm stuck with them and western work boots are not cheap$! I figured a store that specializes in western gear should have better knowledge and gave better more clear advice....
