White Horse Bowling

Sadly the owners wife is not very friendly. My husband brought in a nearly empty water bottle. He was stopping by to see his son while he was on break at work. Upon telling him he can’t bring any outside food and drink (sign has blown over so it was obviously easy to miss). She literally ripped it out of his hands. Didn’t give him any chance to discard it himself. You can have a great business but when you treat people like that. It 110% ruins everything you have. It’s a bottle of water, not a big deal on either side. This is strictly principle and how bad it was handled. We went there often and will no longer support a business that treats anyone the way my husband was treated. Not only that but I received sorry looks the rest of the time we were there.

Cheaper in London (Off the Wall for your littles as an indoor park is way better prices and bigger area to play plus no way of them wandering out the front door). This place was freezing so we had to keep our winter coats on the whole time. Kiosk staff were friendly, front desk was miserable (maybe put a different employee who smiles at the front). Lots of different activities though! Just be prepared to be gauged on anything you do there (even the toy machines were a toonie! and you have to pay to put music on and they time your bowling for an hour so if you have 6 people playing a game... good luck finishing!).

I come here quite often to bowl and mini putt. The man at the front desk is always very nice and has a smile on his face! It feels nostalgic and makes you feel like a little kid again.

My daughter attended a birthday party here over the weekend. The facility is clean and well-managed. The party room is large and capable of retaining a large group of 6 year olds hopped up on pizza and cake. The bowling alleys are nicely laid out. The indoor playground is also really nice as it gives our little ones somewhere to play and burn off energy. The indoor mini-golf is also fun. We will definitely return again.

Once again another amazing birthday party at your beautiful facility. Our family enjoys the great and helpful staff that makes everything go smoothly. Thank you and see you guys soon.

This place is awesome ,wasn't overly busy for around 7 pm ,took my daughter here for her birthday with my other kids. The gentleman who served us was super nice very polite thanks we all had a great time.

If you want to burn some energy just enjoy a night out this is the place... Kids are $13 per hour for the jungle gym.... Totally worth it.. pretty clean too.... Bowling lanes are 40$ per hour with choices from 9 pin to 12 pin (small balls and regular). Mini golf that glows in the dark... The bowling does too. Snack shop for food.... Event space with tables and a private entrance.... Free parking... Lots of arcade games.. basketball shots.. crane games.. motorcycle simulator..... Staff are very nice.

It was ok. Not the greatest customer service. We paid for the indoor play gym (for myself and my son even though I see a response on another review from the owner indicating adults can accompany kids for free) which my son was not interested in, so then we paid for mini putting, which my son did enjoy (not playing but the glow in the dark). They took some time to turn the lights on for the mini putting when we first started and then when we were halfway through they turned them off because “they forgot we were there”. It was, quite frankly, irresponsible and dangerous to turn the lights off on guests with a toddler.They did allow my toddler to have his snacks inside though, which was nice given the responses the owner has left on other reviews “NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK” — I get it. But I would have left if they didn’t allow my two year old one of the few things he’ll eat.With some minor minor improvements it would get five stars from me.

We enjoyed it here our first time it was busy but my son had a blast. The playground is well done and was clean. There is lockers and couches to sit around the play area. The only thing is it’s right by the entrance so you have to watch your child doesn’t leave or exit the building.

Had a great time just found it very expensive... 45 $ for an hour plus shoe rental ... Snack bar was good reasonable cost
