Amazing experience. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review, but my experience with COI was truly the best I’ve ever had dealing with a salesperson. Scott was extremely quick at replying and getting back to me and it was a smooth transaction over all. I’ve made two purchases because of my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to someone else or make another purchase down the road. Thank you for all your help Scott!

They straight up ignore you if you contact them by email about warranty. When you look at the reviews you notice only the good reviews get a response z the others ignored. I will complain to Herman Miller CanadaI got the response from owner and emailed again from my work email and yet still no response. Is your spam filter causing issues? Please reach out to me

I bought a chair from COI just over a year ago, I submitted a warranty service request on the 13th of August 2022. It has been over 3 weeks since I submitted this request, I have yet to receive acknowledgement this is request has even been seen or is being worked on at all. I have sent a follow up email previously and have just sent another.I feel 3 weeks is a fair amount of time to allow you to respond to this request.Until this issue is resolved I advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to be well aware of the fact they seem to completely disregard their commitment as an authorized dealer of their products.

Awful customer service... Bought a Herman Miller chair only a year ago and having issues with the chair. Weeks later, numerous phone calls and emails, still no remedy. Please stay away from this dealer and everything HM. We switched the supplier and the dealer... best decision we made.

My experience with COI was excellent, great service people, followed up on my request for a new credenza door that was broken into and supplied me with one at no charge under the warranty. The install went smooth, they notified me before arriving, Cory did a superb job and even made an adjustment to one of the drawers, he was a pleasure to deal with. Total satisfaction all around.

Although I eventually received my order, COI's fulfillment process was needlessly and frustratingly fragmented. COI never provided updates on my order prior to my contacting them, and I was put in touch with six different individuals before I received a concrete update on its whereabouts. Given the nature of COI's brand and product catalogue, I expected slightly better communication throughout.

The process from the initial order/purchase to delivery was extremely smooth. They responded quickly when I made the order and were very clear when I could expect my chair. The delivery person was equally friendly and called me ahead of time to let me know when the chair would be delivered. Very happy with their service and product. Highly recommend.

Ordered a desk/office chair from COI combo through work. The delivery and installation went over smoother than I had expected - the desk and chair were exactly as ordered. The delivery team donned masks/gloves as per request, which I am thankful for during these times. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend them.
