The receptionist staff is very rude.she doesn’t know how to talk with the patient.If we ask anything to them they will say just wait and for patient relative suggest wait outside of the office.

Not great, not awful. Wait times are what's expected as medical staff in the province quit en masse from the years of abuse from the government and the public. Wait time is about an hour and is again, due to staff shortage more than anything else. Staff is trying their best and yelling at them isn't going to make anything better.

I have scheduled an appointment on 8:30 am for blood test and 9 am for ultrasound. No one called me for blood test until I finished the ultrasound. What is the point to schedule an appointment? I am very disappointed.

They take the lab request form and then forget to call the patient unless you do not tell them. People who came after us and had no appointment have taken in before us. Poor services

I sent fax for my blood and urine work few days back and tried to call lab on phone for hours but there was no response for more then two hours and I was few up. I gave up despite I took urine in sterlized container as It was required fasting! I have recommended many of my friends to Alpha Labs!

visited for a bloodwork and the nurse couldn't even find the right vein and blamed my baby for not drinking enough water. she was also moving the needle while it was in causing my bay to almost faint. Please go elsewhere for the blood work.

This is a zero star company. The way the treat their employees is one of the saddest things I have seen. This company deserves the bankruptcy its on the way to. Good residence to employers that believe humans are less important than money.Shame

Alpha Laboratories Diagnostic Centre. The best and most accurate place for my blood work and ultrasound. Fast, courteous, professional and friendly each and every time, over 3 years of coming here. Can’t say enough after years of not so good experiences at other labs.They always draw my bloodwork the first time after experiencing a hit and miss in other labs. These folks are really good at what they do, patient and professional. My ultrasound was done by appointment, no waiting, no rush with care taken from start to finish. Returned for a second one a few months later and revived the same care. I really like this place, so far I have not come across their busiest hours, and my longest wait time was no more than 10-15 minutes at most over the past three years.Always find parking, free. An additional treat, Baretto Caffe, a little cafe gem hidden on the main floor. I have a fresh nutritious breakfast or lunch after blood work for a pick me up. Super friendly, consistently great service and they always accommodate my special eating requirements with ease and graciousness. Makes things easier and more pleasant.Life is Good! :)

Would give zero stars if I could.I booked an appointment since I figured it would help me avoid a long waiting time and I'd be able to finish the test and be back at work within my lunch break. Upon reaching there, the receptionist informed me that masks were mandatory and that I should get one from the pharmacy downstairs since they didn't have any spare ones. When I returned wearing a mask, another lady at the counter told me that I will now be treated as a walk-in since I was five minutes late! I tried telling her that I was on time and that I'd just gone downstairs to get a mask, but she ignored me and very rudely told me to wait. While waiting, I asked how much longer it would take since my lunch break was about to end, and I was once again rudely snubbed and told to sit and wait. After waiting an hour, my patience ran out and I decided to get my health card and visit another lab. The same lady then told me that it was now my turn while tauntingly offering me back my health card and asking Do you want it back now?". I reluctantly went ahead with my test since I just wanted to be done with it at this point.The test itself took less than 5 minutes. I had to skip my lunch. Fingers crossed her manners aren't a reflection of her competence.Don't go here unless you like petty and vindictive staff that treat patients like animals."
