Ordered take-out on June 25. Got the loaded potato skins and found a pebble hidden on top one of the skins. It was melted in with the bacon and cheese. Luckily didn't cause any harm. This Kelseys is usually on point with food but this is unacceptable.

It's been a long time since I went to a place so well attended, with my family we went to celebrate family day, and we had a very pleasant time, the waitress Christina was the best, she explained everything very well and listened to our order in detail , the food was exquisite, we waited a reasonable time for the food and the best thing was the dessert, the experience was great, I definitely recommend this place.

My husband already wrote that Rain was a great server, but true to his fashion didn't go into detail!Rain went above and beyond, we have 2 toddlers so it didn't make sense to get 2 kids meals (we still had left overs, those portions are fantastic). Rain still went out of his way to split the portions into 2 plates so they each had their own plate. No where has ever done that for us, and it definitely made my kids happy.

The atmosphere was absolutely great! My waitress, Kelly, was very kind when taking my order and helped me customize my order. But unfortunately the chicken wings I ordered were very small and the hot sauce was more like tomato paste. It was not satisfying at all.I may not come again for the food, but I may prefer it for the ambiance.

We come in every week for wings and sit at the same booth. Rain our server was amazing. Very professional, very attentive, and upbeat! My 7 yr old son told him the service was great and he did well! He really gave us a good vibe and ending to our evening. He acknowledged my son and treated him like an important customer. We asked for things like napkins, ice cream for kiddo while here and he got it very quickly , faster than expected in a busy environment AND…. during a leaf game!!!! Packed restaurant! Excellent job and I hope you never lose this spirit! Thank you again

One of my favorite kelseys to Attend everyone is super friendly and helpful but there's one Server that always have been my server for Quite some time and her name is Kim always on top of things and always makes sure that I and my wife have the utmost Experience food is amazing and drinks are always Splendid next time you ever Attendant ask for Kim she would take great care of you

We ate at Kelsey’s in Ontario and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our server, Lisa, was very caring and attentive to our dining experience. The atmosphere was family friendly, which was a plus for us.
