I worked with Lynda Wong for my first home purchase and she made the process so easy!! There was never a moment I felt stress or confused. She always responded super quick to all my questions. I then finalized everything with Hamish and he took his time with me going through all the documents so I could easily understand what I was signing. 10/10 would recommend and will be using their services in the future.

Lynda and Hamish have helped us with three transactions (2 purchases and 1 sale). Lynda was always on the ball, making sure things were handled well ahead of deadlines. Lynda was also always easy to reach and was always available to answer questions via email and phone even though she is clearly very busy. Hamish explains all the little details of these transactions well, providing context and examples from his vast experience. I highly recommend Lynda and Hamish.

I then got signing with Hamish and we went through the documents so I could understand what was signed. Anything I didn't understand in the documents he was able to answer. I would definitely recommend and be using more of their services in the future.

Highly recommend. We were dealing with Lynda. She was super helpful, professional and patient. We had difficult situation with buyer and other things, but Lynda was straight up and she helped us solve all issues. And almost forgot...price really reasonable.
