The owner here is terrible and unethical. DO NOT go here. I asked her how long it would take to get my nails fixed. She said 10 minutes. It took 45 minutes, I missed the movie I was going to afterwards and she charged me more than she did last time. There’s a reason it’s empty most of the time. Coz it’s TERRIBLE!

This is the absolute worst. They also own Pamper nail in Lynn Valley. They do not care at all. The work they do is shoddy, their nail polish is old and it’s very obvious that they wanna rush you so that they can move onto the next client!! Don’t bother to go to either pamper nail or this nail salon. Also check out other google reviews:( I wish I had)!! Waste of time and money!

Went in with high expectations but unfortunately I left very upset having wasted my time and money. Technician was careless with the grinder and caused burning several times on my fingers and bleeding on one as well as repeatedly went too close to my skin on my toe causing it to bleed. When he asked if I liked the shape of my nails before getting too far in I asked for a bit more filing on one side and he was very upset at me saying in all his 18 years he's never been asked to change it. He was very aggressive in his mannerisms grabbing my hand and flipping it over. When I spoke he ignored me so I decided to just shut up and wish it over.

The lady that did my nails was super friendly and did a great job. I asked to get waxing done as well... they had their brochure where they had their prices. When I went to pay she increased the prices. When I confronted her, she said they made a mistake on them. I would never go back because I feel cheated.

this place is beyond terrible ! I went in for a shellac for the first time and this is what I came out with ! Not only the lady made 3 of my fingers bleed she also applied the gel on top of it ! I told her a couple times that it's hurting me when she was filing my nails but she kept going and told me she is removing cuticles !
