This is the best dentist office I've been to! Dr. Renier is amazing and both him and his team go above and beyond! I have nothing but great things to say about this office. I highly recommend Bayshore Dental.Thank you for all you've done!

Dr. Regnier is the best dentist I have ever seen, he is absolutly amazing! Prior to him I had thought it was normal to feel pain every time you visit the dentist. I also usually left feeling in the dark and needing to blindly trust they had done what is in my better interest. Dr. Regnier and the whole team in this office is very friendly, patient and informative. He is very efficient be also has amazing attention to detail; makes sure the job is done right, doesn't rush the job. I am so happy I've found this office! It is also in a great location as it us surrounded by parkades within walking distance.

My experience is that the staff are amazing and the office is great, BUT the dentist (Dr Regnier) was absolutely rude beyond belief. I went in with serious tooth pain and he poked around, insulted my pain tolerance, and generally said that because he couldn't see a problem, there wasn't one. I took time off work and ended up continuing to be in pain for another few days before I went to a different clinic. I'm tired of male medical professionals who refuse to accept that women feel pain too! The only reason I am giving any stars is because the staff are amazing.

I have been going to Dr Todd Regnier for many years. In the past my experience with dentists (going back 60 years) it was always a painful terrifying experience.Now when I have an appointment I don’t get the terror I felt.Dr Todd and his well qualified staff are amazing. every procedure I have have had done has been without pain.When I have a procedure that takes some time he always offers me a break etc. And keeps checking that I am ok.This is the dentist I recommend to everyone.

I cracked a tooth last year in a freak chocolate almond incident and so got to spend some serious quality time with Dr. Regnier and his staff over the last year. I found Dr. Regnier to be helpful, informative, caring and clearly on the side of his patients. I ultimately lost the tooth and needed to have an implant and crown. While that's never going to be a lot of fun, Dr. Regnier made it as pleasant and painless an experience as it could possibly be.His bedside (chairside?) manner was exceptional. He explained the process and what he was doing in way that made sense and, over the course of my treatment, made me feel comfortable and important.Front and supporting staff were all very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Bayshore Dental Centre.

I have been going to them for many years and it is the only dental I go to when I was living in Victoria. I feel welcomed, relaxed, and treated with extra professionalism. I have had my decayed teeth fixed, my wisdom teeth removed, and regular cleaning. If it is not I have moved, I think it would be my lifetime dental. Lol Highly recommend! Dr Regnier is one of the best doctor I have had - he definitely is the best dentist. He is professional, friendly, sincere and gentle.Marina and Evelyn are superb, they went above and beyond for me. The ladies at the front are always warm and welcoming. The whole team takes the time to answer questions and concerns.Highly recommended.

After leaving dental place after having bad experiences, I decide to find a new one. After seeing some of the bad reviews I was hesitant, decide to book an appointment anyway! Was the best decision, the dentist was very kind, respectful and very nice. I had crown issues that was install last year. I was given a choice, to extraction or root canal? I chose extraction, with my experience of my old dentist he would have been rude about my decision, I was very worried about it. Well Dr. Todd Regnier was very nice and respectful with my choice. With the crown removal it turns out I made the right choice after all. I've had the best experience there, great dental assistants! They are great with your dental coverage never go over unlike other places making me pay out of my pocket.
