I cannot recommend Candace enough! I've participated in her virtual bootcamps as well as another group she offered. Candace is nonjudgmental, and just makes working out fun! I was done with fad dieting unsustainable exercise routines. Candace has been a HUGE part of my healing journey with exercise, healthy eating and overall wellness. And her offerings are extremely good value as well for all of the expertise, passion, and thoughtfulness she brings to her work. Check her out!

Candace's bootcamps are always fun and a great workout. She covers all the muscle groups and changes things up every class so it's never boring. Classes go by quickly with lots of smiles and laughter. I've been going to her classes for several months now and have noticed improvement in my physical and mental well being.

Candice makes you feel welcome and comfortable every time you attend. She makes the work outs fun with tons of laughs! No matter your situation she will accommodate to your needs so you can be successful. She will also make sure you push yourself to also be successful! You won’t regret giving one of her classes a chance! (coming from someone who hates working out… but loves attending her boot camps! )

I starting attending Candace's classes over a month ago and it feels like I've known Candace and the work out group for some time. Candace provides a safe and non judgmental space for her clients. The space is fantastic. Candace is super nice and takes interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how she gives tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. If you want a trainer that is fun, easy going and makes you feel welcomed every time, Candace is the way to go!
