UPDATE: This location makes really good tuna salad sandwiches on white which are found in the fresh food section opposite Starbucks. The sandwiches have a lot of filling and are reasonably priced at $5.This is a product review for a PC product, I don't know why people can't review products on the President's Choice or Zehrs website it would help people out a lot. I recently purchased the PC Smoothie Blender and I put fresh apple chunks, dates, a few other things, and liquid, and the blender really struggled with I believe the dates and apples. For 300W I was really surprised it struggled so much, I can't even imagine how this blender would be with anything frozen. The blender cup isn't tapered at the bottom by the blades, it's a very poor design, the plastic blender cup is tapered at the opposite end when it should be tapered down by the blades. The biggest issue I have is with the blade unit that attaches to the cup, when you put that on the base you have to turn it to lock it and it's really tough to turn it, it takes a lot of effort and what happens when you have to move it so much to lock it it tightens the blade unit on the blender cup too tight so then when you're finished blending you have to struggle to get the blade unit off the cup it's really designed poorly with how tough it is to get the blender locked onto the base. I can't recommend this blender at all.

There are 8 cashiers but only one works! People are waiting in line but no body care. They want a to go and cash ourselves…. The problem with that is. Have products that don’t have barcodes and other things I want to ask someone that works here. Why we the customers are treated so poorly by all these big companies?

One of the biggest store with many different departments .. prices are higher than other stores but they do have good sales sometimes .. now there is an employee who works at the self check out and supper to help customers having issues .. she is rude , always agitated and absurd. We bought some grapes but the code was not working .. instead of helping the employee got mad at us for trying to scan it twice ..

There is a woman who works the deli counter.... my son and I look forward to seeing her every time we come in for sandwich Sundays. Self check out sucks tho... soo cramped in there. Let people line up like normal in the cashier isles... pandemic is over...

Absolutely horrible customer service. Cashiers are just talking to each other MOCKING customers waiting in line to pay. If Manager of this branch pays attention to these reviews, I would suggest you do the needful training with your employees as to how customer service should look.

Self-checkout at this location is now practically unusable. No problem with staff. This is a failure of management.Evidently they’re attempting to curtail shoplifting by making the sensors overly sensitive? Never had a problem until just very recently. Now I’ll be actively avoiding this location and Zehrs generally.As it stands, I constantly have to call over attendants after scanning each item.This all a purely technical failure spurred by management.

Good grocery selection, generally more expensive than most other stores in the region. Seafood, meat, and produce is much higher quality than most other stores. Deals are in the bunkers, so stock up on those items and freeze them.

Update to 4 stars - I've been there twice since my original review... both times, I received excellent service - even had someone packing groceries! Either they've made improvements, or I just had an unlucky series of bad experiences before.Previous review: I really miss their once-great service. Just a few years ago, they packed my groceries and even offered to help me get it to my car. Now, there are no packers and the cashier literally left for her break while I packed it myself. What happened to service at this store?

The customer service in this store has dropped drastically in the past few months. The self-checkout stations are too small now that they turned the weight sensors back on, and checking out takes at least twice as long. If they didn't want people to steal, they should try price gouging less instead of punishing customers.

Was a loyal customer for many many years, but became very rich. I don't like that my wife and I need to but double everything to save money. 2 bags of chips for 8 dollars is not a sale price and at 4.99 each, that's criminal. By by zehrs. It's been a slice.
