Trevor and Terry came to the rescue when another supplier could not fulfill a shirt order for the Groom and groomsmen at my Sons wedding.I was a customer anyway, now you guys have a whole new family of future customers.Great easy service backed by the confidence of knowing your suppliers.Thanks Guys!

Rather expensive; found the exact same item I had just purchased for $5 less, down the road at Lammle's. Also, a pricey travel mug we bought at the same time fell apart before I could even use it once. Won't go back.

Always one of my favorite places to shop. It is a very welcoming environment with their friendly staff. There is a great selection of clothing, tack and gift ideas.

Went in to get some boots, jeans etc. During the initial shopping everything was good overall, had a very pleasant staff member helping me, chatted lots. After I paid and left I realized my total had been much lower then I expected, once I was home I looked at my receipt and saw that I was only charged $2.99 for $299.00 boots. The next day I went in to pay for the difference, the sale staff seemed shocked I came back to pay. They were so shocked that I'm assuming they forgot to apologize for the mistake and the fact I had to take time from my day to correct a mistake THEY made. My mother in law called a few days later to talk to the owner about it and let me know the he felt bad and was going to call me. I heard nothing. So I called the owner and left a message. Nothing. So if you do shop here be diligent that they ring you in properly and don't expect them to follow through with any decent customer service if they do, do something wrong.

Great Service as usual …I walked in looking for a pair of jeans that fit within 5 minutes i found them after trying 7 pairs on at another store ( Because the customer Service was lacking )For now on I’m only shopping for my jeans and shirts from Jones BoysHighly Recommend Them

Terrible customer service. I purchased a pair of work boots, wore them around the house and didn’t like the fit after awhile. Went back the next day with my receipt and they would not give me my money back. In store credit is BS when there’s only 2 pairs to chose from. BUYER BEWARE - their receipt states nothing about them not giving a refund. Wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy.

These guys have an impressive store and know their products. Great selection and lots of choices, my go to store for real western gear !!!

Terrible customer service. I went in to find some boots. I was trying on a pair that were too small. The worker watched me and didn’t bother to come over and ask if I needed help or if she could find me another size. I didn’t see another size, so I asked her. She came over to look, and said no they didn’t have bigger sizes. I picked a different boot to try on, and when I opened the box, it was the same as the first boot! So if you are looking for a boot, dig around a bit more before asking for help. I found two bigger sizes of the original boot that I wanted, after she told me they didn’t have anymore. We were also looking for some hats. She didn’t once ask if we needed help. Also, the prices are a bit high compared to the other western wear stores that we visited. We went to Lammles after, they showed us how to find the correct size and how to take care of everything.
