Our custom design-build homes feature Westeck windows and exterior doors. We have had good feedback from clients on the after care they have received for their homes.

The Product is fantastic. Had some communication issues for a bit but the service department did a fantastic job to rectifying the issues. The install team with Dakota was amazing. The Quality of the product is the best out there.

Thanks so much to Linda for quickly having the two excellent Westeck technicians efficiently replace weather stripping on our front door. They were carful to wear PPE and protect our floor to not damage it as they worked. Thanks Danny and Ronny!

Terrible quality and service. I bought all my doors and windows from them and it was a nightmare from the start. Now my front door is warped less than a year old and they are saying it was due to install? The hinge in the middle is clearly crooked as confirmed by the inspector Festim. Now they are saying it’s 50% warranty !?!! They refuse to respond even after spending over $20k with them. Wish I went with another company … DON’T buy from them you will REGRET it !!!

If you want great Westeck sales advice and product knowledge Jasmine is the individual to help you out! Jasmine took the time to clearly communicate the Westeck product offerings and how the products themselves would best fit our requirements and incrementally increase the value of our home. All calls and questions where quickly responded to and addressed. When we had an issue post install, Jasmine took ownership of the problem and always made sure thing were made right, to our satisfaction.Thanks Jasmine!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Dakota and Dan for providing great customer service! Dakota has resolved numerous issues that needed attention after taking possession of our new home. Dakota goes above and beyond to ensure the adjustments are “done right”. Every time he has made a service call, he has a positive attitude and is very respectful of our home. Dan is also very attentive and helpful, they really make a great team to get the job done well and in a timely manner! We truly appreciate the time and effort this team offers to ensure customer satisfaction. Linda has also been great with scheduling so wanted to thank her as well.

I sent in a service request a few days ago to have my patio doors adjusted so the lock would work properly. Today Dakota from the Kelowna office was by and adjusted the all three of our patio doors to ensure they lock properly. The adjustments were completed in about 10 minutes. I want to thank Dakota for his professionalism during his visit.

Shout out to Dakota with your service group for providing first-class customer care and great service. Not only did Dakota show up on time, he called before hand to confirm the appointment, and completed the job with 100% satisfaction.
