It said open at 9am, and no one here at 9.15, because they decided to open at 10am. Who cares that ppl coming at 9am before work, they could easily come again at 10am, because they have nothing else to do. P.s.: I suggested an edit of hours on Google, as it probably too hard for post to do it. You're welcome.
