First time shopping at saje yesterday, and I will definitely be coming back. The staff was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable when I was discussing my needs (stress, pain relief) and gave me a solid recommendation. After trying the products, they 100% are the right fit for me, thank you to the girl with tattys and long blonde hair

I bought a ”relaxus aroma mini” from saje last summer. I brought it home to Victoria and immediately had issues with it. The store was extremely difficult to contact, in fact I had to call the mall just to get a number. No one returned my call, and only after I called the mall did someone return my email. A curt “do you have the receipt?” was all that was stated. I replied that I did, and asked if I could send it back for a refund. I was told no (after told I could get a refund if the product was defective when I bought it) and I would have to come to the store in tswassen to return it. I live in Victoria, so that would not work for me. Stuck with a piece of garbage that I paid good money for. Don’t shop a this store, bad customer service and most importantly bad products.

I have really bad eczema on my face and Riley was nice enough to help me find a product that worked for my skin. Customer service was amazing and she really went out of her way to make sure I was happy! Thank you so much Riley!

Every time I visit all of the girls are so pleasant and knowledgeable. I have so many new products that I absolutely love because of the great customer service and help I get from all the kind workers at this Saje!!!!Update: even during covid precautions, this saje is the best, always helpful and friendly! Terrible customer service. Walked into there, everyone was greeted except for me. Not one word.

I’ve always loved Saje and their products but I had such a weird experience in this store. A very nice lady initially approached me and was asking me if I needed any help. Then minutes later, another younger lady approached me to put the products I had in my hand on the counter. As I continued browsing, I decided I liked another product so I carried it around the store. And this same younger lady just randomly reached her hand out to take the product from me personally. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was really trying to be helpful but at the same time I thought if maybe she was worried that I was gonna put that item in my bag since she just reached her hand out to take the item without saying a word. I have been in retail myself for a long time, so I thought maybe she just wanted the sale so badly. Nonetheless, I thought it was quite unprofessional for her to just take the product from me by reaching her hand out without saying any word. I have been a Saje customer for a very long time now and I must say that they have such an interesting variation of employees. It is whether they are to the absolute maximum nice employees or they are either super odd or unfriendly who will not even bother saying hi even after many eye contacts.

Excellent customer service from Jolene & coworkers. Love a variety of sage products. Hope they bring back carrot spray :)

Went into saje today & the manager was super knowledgeable about all the products I had questions about and what would work best for my needs - love them all!
