Worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life by this place. Got a ceaser and the one side of my hair is totally butchered. Had a decent hair cut the last time I had it cut here but it's a gamble on who u get if they can cut hair. They should rename this place to Butcher's Choice.

Went in and it was 630pm and they close at 8pm. Girl tells me it’s by appointment only and there was 1 customer in the shop. Wake up first choice Covid is over. Time to get with it! I’ll never be back

Hands down refuse to let anyone else except Nicky touch my hair! Always knows what I want, when I can NEVER explain it properly, and she always CRUSHES the cut and colour! Super talented, and also knowledgeable on instructing me how to handle the upkeep of every cut!

Booked an appointment for 1:00Waited at the counter and a girl walked up, looked at an Ipad and walked away without even looking at me. Rude!!When someone did come up and confirmed my appointment, I was told there's a few ahead of you yet. Why even make appointments?Sorry. Ive got other things to do.Won't be back."

Had an appointment at 12:30 and waited for over half an hour while they took customers who had appointments at 12:45 and 1:00. Finally got my hair cut and now it is ruined! I asked for a simple trim straight across and the “hairdresser” did not listen. one side of my hair is about an inch shorter than the other and the back of my head is completely uneven. When I asked for her to stop cutting she did not listen and so I asked her to at least even it out and she completely ignored me. One star because it won’t let me give them zero

I (Paula) had an amazing experience at this location!! I sent the stylist (Nicky) a photo and it turned out exactly the same as the pic. I was nervous as it was my first appt. after covid and had been doing my own roots with box colour for months. Nicky consulted with me to select the right colours and she blended it perfectly!! This location is safe and clean with all pandemic measures in place. I also observed another stylist cut three young clients hair, all wanting the clippers. She asked them several question to ensure she knew exactly what they wanted and all were very pleased. I would highly recommend this location and Nicky also had an amazing personality !!

Whenever my husband takes our sons, he gets great haircuts. I took our youngest this past week, and it looks like she took a lawnmower to the top of his hair. It was hidden just how bad it was with “gel and spikes”. Will never, ever go back.
