Dirty/Unsanitary sandwich maker.In the middle of making a sandwich, he realizes there isn’t enough meat. So after touching some cold cuts and putting it on the bread- he stops midway and goes in the back. He never changes his gloves the entire time, but I see him open the fridge, closes it, use a knife, and gets stuff out of it and who else?. He comes back, and continues to use his hands to touch all of the meats and veggies with the SAME gloves he had on the entire time...I ask him about it, but he denies it. I actually saw him towards the end (saw he has already touched many things already).30 minutes after eating my sandwich, I have a stomach ache now. I’ve never had one from a Subway sandwich EVER in my life.Train your employees better. That’s not how you should handle food. People can/will get sick.

I and my 2 friends came to Vancouver to meet our friend. During the night, we felt hungary and search for option. then we came to know about this subway. the staff person was so friendly, He welcomed us and talked so nicely. He has the name tag and the name was Keshav.then, he took our order and prepared it with so much care. everything was so neat and clean. we were so pleased by his welcoming and friendly nature. 10/10 for Keshav’s service. Keshav❤️ this is for you.

Subway is my go-to fast food chain when I'm looking for a quick and healthy meal. The experience at subway has been great and very satisfying and I’m really happy with the service with chetan he was great and he always goes and above for my order which I really appreciate Because everytime I come in he’s making me my fresh tuna sandwich. I recommend this subway

Unprofessional and rude staff specially a woman (Raj) and didn’t changed her gloves after preparing a chicken sandwich as I am vegan and asked her to change it before preparing mine. Her behave was so bad that she said you will be charged extra for even wrapping your footlong sandwich separately which i have never experienced before in any other subway restaurant. Worst experience of this outlet.

Thought I would give this location another chance but again the staff proved me wrong. There's this one employee who skimps on the veggies and charges extra whereas the other staff members were making sandwiches for other customers with the right amount of ingredients. I literally asked for a little bit more lettuce and she said it's extra charge. That's ridiculous!

I wish there was the option to rate 0. I am writing this review while standing outside of this location at 12:44 am (midnight) 18 jan. Usually i eat just a 6 inch but i had this coupon so i thought maybe i can get a footlong. But the rude guy who is working there dont know how to use a coupon and he is telling me this cant use at this location. I work near this subway location my coworkers get their sandwiches from this location we never had any problem. But this guy was yelling at me infront of 4 other customers to never come back to this location for wasting his time. Honestly, subway is not my thing at midnight But just came because of this promotion. This guy needs serious training and He cannot talk like this to anyone he is not buying me the sandwich Atleast appreciate someone is bringing business to the store.I suggest everyone to ask for promotions first before ordering because everyone who works there is a boss and have their own rules.

When we went at 3 am, there were two customers in the store without masks on. The employee that was working did not ask them to put a mask on, and it took him over 15 minutes to make their order of two sandwiches, without so much as acknowledging our presence or even greeting us.The chicken had a lot of water in it and looked very off-putting.Their online order tablet was on the countertop. Anyone who's worked in a store with an online order tablet will know that they are rarely ever cleaned and should not be put on surfaces that share contact with food.He used a knife to open some boxes and then used the same knife to cut our bread right after.The whole time we were in the store, we did not see him wash any of his two knives even once despite having made over four orders, with one of the knives visibly dirty.The employee also mixed up me and my friend's order and charged us incorrectly.Overall I am very disappointed In the food and most importantly, the cleaning and safety standards at this location. I do not recommend coming here, especially at night.
