Fantabulous place to get your new tires done. Got the best quote in the market here including online. Their service is top notch. Timely followup. Appreciate their efforts to check all other aspects of the vehicle and share knowledge. They won't hesitate to clear out minor things as well. All in all it was fun and quick service done. Special mentions to Mr.Atish. he's an amazing guy. Kudos to other staff as they're highly skilled and do the job in minutes with high quality. Great experience here!

Dear Mr. Lube,Date of visit May 1,2023 invoice number 20432313I recently visited your location for a tire change and oil change yesterday, and I had a very negative experience with one of your employee Nikhil. The employee in question did not greet me when I arrived, and throughout my time at the location, he displayed a significant amount of attitude and disrespect towards me.I found that employee's behavior to be unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this was not the case during my visit.I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service and that incidents like this do not happen again in the future.

Today I had the best service getting an oil change at this location. The staff was very patient, helpful and cooperative. Definitely recommended!

Not a good place for anything car related. I have been here three times to just get them to properly put air in my tires. Just asked them to put my winters on, they pumped 2 tires at 45 psi. Came back to retorque the tires and I have been sitting for an hour and no one has come out to ask why I am here. DO NOT come here. They will try to upsell you on parts they cannot install properly.

If I could give no stars I would. I went in their for an oil change on June 10th. All I got was you need to change this, replace this, your car is going to breakdown. When I declined there was not routine check on the vehicle/they would show the oil/check all the lights. Not even show me on the screen why I would need these changes. They usually email me the receipt not even that and handed me the next oil change sticker and opened the garage door. Poor customer service and I guess there was no sale/commission because I didn't accept anything additional. I guess you have to spend more money to get the correct treatment. Never going back to this location again.
