A little disappointed that my car wasn't washed when in for service today, BUT. . I always get great service. I appreciate that the service department has always been honest when I needed repairs. They always provide lots of information and options, and have never made me feel obligated to get work done.

Good drive in service. Although I've had to come back multiple times for the same issue on a brand new 2022 truck. I think with the vehicle shortages they were neglecting some quality controls at the factory.

Service department is always great. Some issues with the overall charges this time which is not a normal occurrence.Wifi in the waiting room was terrible. Never stayed connected and when it did, it was to weak to do anything. This is the main reason for the lower than normal rating.
