Came to the store to pick up an online order. -28 degrees outside. Pressed the bell, waited. Pressed again, waited. Pressed again, waited. Called the store, no answer. Knocked on the glass, no answer. Knocked on the glass again, and finally a patron (who I've dealt with on several other occasions) comes over, opens the door, and sarcastically says: YoU kNoW wE HaVe a DoORBelL
