We worked with Alair for the past year and a half particularly with Jason and Pat. Excellent communication, weekly updates and great workmanship. They're effective problem solvers that go the extra mile. Much appreciated advocacy when things went sideways with a sub contractor. We're extremely happy with our build and would not hesitate to recommend them as your next contractor.

Jason of Alair Homes Squamish was awesome to work with while he helped build the patio in the back of our restaurant. He was quick to respond to our questions and ensured work was getting done on time. I would definitely recommend Alair Homes Squamish for any home or business build/renovation.

We needed to renovate a very small bathroom for my husband who is disabled. We needed to remove the tub, put in a flat shower base and make sure everything was waterproof. In addition, I asked our project manager to find a new vanity, medicine cabinet AND lights, all while I was away! Not only did Alair accommodate our timeframe but they coordinated it all, start to finish. Living in a strata, they needed to coordinate with the management company, get all the permits and ensure we could get back into the house at the end of my husband's respite time. The project manager even fed my cats. This is a local company. They know the people in our town and they get the job done. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone. Ours was a small job really but we were treated as if we were the most important clients in the town! Good job, Mike and Jason!

Jason and Pat did a great job on our reno, especially taking into the challenges during COVID early 2021. As usual for a reno on an old house, lots of small and a few mid sized issues arose with the Alair team dealing with them in a timely and efficient manner. And with the craziness with local building demands at the time, they were able to keep most of the subs on track. They also kept the place tidy as well as we were still living in the house during construction. And we actually came in on budget. Much appreciated and we love our new kitchen. Thanks again guys.
