We have hired Jake multiple times for general indoor and outdoor electrical repairs, and for installation of light fixtures. Jake was professional, responsive to communication, and because of the scope of our project, Jake was able to squeeze it between other larger projects and able to complete the job promptly. At all times, he was able to keep the worksite clean and respectful to our belongings throughout. He was also able to guarantee his work if anything was not to our satisfaction, returning once to replace a defective light unit in a timely fashion. We will be hiring him in the future for other electrical jobs, and recommend him to anyone in the London area!

We had an issue with a circuit in our house. After trying to troubleshoot the issue myself I could not find what was causing the issue. I called Electric J on a Thursday afternoon and they were there Friday morning and had diagnosed and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. We will 100% use your services again! Thanks

Jake and his team did an amazing job installing pot lights, replacing a light fixture and door bell. The light fixture was a dimmable LED light which would not dim, just flicker. Jake did not give up and offered suggestions on fixing the issue including speaking with the manufacturer of the light. In the end after multiple visits it now works wonderfully. Thanks Jake for not giving up!

I dont usually write reviews but i have to this time. To be frank, I would give 10 stars if I could. The service met all of my needs. I'll definitely be using them next time. Thanks for coming to my rescue when I needed help the most.

Jake worked around my crazy schedule to fix our issue, and once here, he took the time to not only fix the problem, but also to explain it to me what the cause was and how to prevent it from happening in the future. That's a seemingly small but empowering step that many other contractors haven't taken in the past when completing work on our home.
