Used to work here in the good Ole days now the customer service and speed of service have drastically slipped as well it seems most times my double double has no sugar in it and my cup is full of coffee grinds would love to see it come back to its glory days but the company as a whole has let the values slip since bk bought it.

It really depends who you serves you. Some workers are great, very friendly and courteous, and complete the order correctly in a timely manner (shoutout to Steven - you're a beauty!) Other employees seem like they're being forced to be there - they're rude, mess up orders on purpose, and when you ask for the correct food/drink, they make it wrong again. All in all, I'd say it's hit or miss, but if you see Steven, you already know your food is gonna be big bussin.

Great place, it always is when we drop by and our preferred Timmy on our way to and from the border. Tonight was a bonus! Very polite young men serving, and even though we didn't realise they were closing, they served us with a smile. It was a pleasure

Our order got mixed up between our group. There was no label on the lid or any other sign. I was given the one with milk. Only realized that after taking couple sips out of it. For which I got an upset stomach and had to spend upwards of $70 for pills. Totally furious right now.

Tim Hortons should revoke this owner's franchise license. Consistently terrible food quality and service for over two years now. If you have a food or service complaint please go through the proper reporting channels on the Tim Hortons website. It's the only way it'll change.This location is always short staffed and always hiring. They can't keep people around long enough to train them properly. Revolving doors at a company are pretty clearly upper management failures. I try not to get upset at the staff when orders take 20+ minutes or they mess up because honestly I've never seen the same person twice at this location. They're mostly kids. I want to tell them all to go to McD's instead.Tim Hortons seriously needs to turn this place into a case study of how NOT to run a franchise.

Today, I dropped by and ordered Crispy chicken sandwich, breakfast combo, second hash brown and wild blueberries muffin. Only the two Hash browns are soft , not enough time and oil smelly and the others are fine.

Little blonde girl who closes on Fridays is sweet! Very polite and always willing to make an order even if it’s late at night! Wish i had her name! I am usually there around 9pm very fast response to the drive through! Other girl that is usually working on Fridays is fast at making orders and very polite when i come through the front! always seems like they work well together and have a good time… though when i come on other days service (mondays/the occasional saturday) isn’t always as good.. Keep up the great work to these two young ladies!

Very good food and drinks as an American coming here. The staff were nice. Good stop along the way to have a meal on the 1.5hr drive from Niagara to Toronto.
