A Dr. Who don’t have any empathy should not be allowed to practice. My sister was subjected to so much pain and discomfort during a recent surgery to remove a mole from her eyelid. The anesthetic did not deaden and my sister was told by the dr. She had enough and she didn’t feel pain. This dr. Should loose her license and go back to practicing on a manikins.

Had my cataract surgery 7 weeks ago with no complications.Thank you dr Kindarchuck for giving my sight back .I can't wait for my next surgery.on my other eye .She is a nice person and talked to me through the whole procedure made me feel at ease .Thank you once again

I can see again. Dr. Kindrachuk was fantastic. The surgery was painless with no adverse reaction (irritation or itching). She answered all my concerns regarding the surgery and recovery.

Had my first appointment with Dr Kindrachuk in May 2022 and my first Cataract surgery September 12. The surgery went really well.. She talked me through the surgery which was all over in about 10minutes! There was no bruising, no bloodshot eye and at 7 days I have 20/20 vision. I am delighted with the results and can't wait for surgery to do eye #2. Thank you Doctor!

While I have no issue with the Doctors , The phone service is atrocious. The phone goes unanswered and you are unable to leave a message ,it is both frustrating and disrespectful to the patients.

It was very difficult for me to schedule an appointment with this doctor. It took me two days. This clinic didn't answer the phone, and I wasn't allowed to leave a message.I asked a secretary how I could cancel the appointment in case of an emergency or sickness. She told me to send a fax message. I don't think that most people use fax machines anymore.

Whole family goes, we’ve seen the other ophthalmologist but nothing compared to the bedside manner and how thorough she is!!!!
