I looked for a SPA online to spend the day with my wife. Definitely will avoid the establishment, very attitudy and hostile from the description below.In order to take full advantage of the spa, we advise our customers to arrive 5 minutes in advance.Visiting, dressing and undressing time is included in your reservation time.No outside food or drink is allowed inside the spa.We ask our customers to take a shower before using the facilities.For health and safety reasons, wearing slippers is mandatory.Gift vouchers: gift vouchers are only valid for 6 months from the date of issue.Gift vouchers: They are non-extendable and non-refundable, in order to guarantee availability within the deadlines of your voucher, you must reserve at least 2 weeks before the expiry date. Otherwise we will not be responsible and your voucher will no longer be valid.From 4 people, an identity card will be required and returned at the end of the session and after verification of the premises.The management reserves the right of entry.For security reasons, shisha is prohibited in our establishment and the management reserves the right to check your bags.Balloons or any other drugs are also prohibited.The spa is a non-smoking area, our customers are asked to smoke on the terrace.You are responsible for the correct use of the infrastructures made available to you.The lys spa declines all responsibility in the event of an accident or incident with physical and/or material damage caused by incorrect or careless use of the infrastructures.You are required to cover the repair costs related to any damage to the rented space.The Lys Spa declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of property.

Very well located near Porte de Namur, service was impeccable, we just found it a bit limited as there is only a jacuzzi, a sauna and small square swimming pool. Too little for the price paid.

very beautiful spai booked a last minute one hour massage and the hostesses were very welcoming.the massage was perfect and super relaxing, would definitely recommend for anyone needing some extra relaxation on a trip

Idk other reviews say they were able to book last minute treatments for themselves, but I called and tried to book and not only did they tell me they could only book for two people (which is insane, I'm a frequent spa goer and have never heard of this) they also said that NOT a single spa in the city offers facials for one person. Rude, and delusional. I was able to book a facial for myself at Alchemie nearby within 5 min of leaving. Definitely avoid this place.

An amazing experience in the heart of Brussels. The Lys Spa is the perfect place to relax and spend a quality time with friends or family. The service was excellent. Will repeat!

we took the massage formule, me and my wife.We were very well received.The massage was excellent and the spa is in good condition.We enjoyed very much the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi.There is also a minibar where you can get a few drinks which you can enjoy on the small terrace connected to the spa.

Nice space overall, warm, good breakfast. Jacuzzi was awesome, sauna as well, but the piscine was cold. It could have been ideal to raise the temperature there so that the clients enjoy this facility too, as the price included that service which was not properly managed and no flexibility was shown to accommodate the client's request in this regard.

The spa and all it's accommodation were as described. Everything was very neat. There was plenty of room to sit down and relax. The host took effort to make us feel very welcome. Recommended.

Totally recommend this place! Very good massage and together with my 3 friends and a 5 year old doll, we spent a really nice time there today. We had no idea when the time flew. Keep up the good work!
