I do not recommend this business for alterations. The hem of my groomswoman dress for my brothers wedding is all kinds of terrible. When I returned with the dress to see if there was anything to be done about the uneven hack job, I was told “it’s not uneven. It’s exactly how we pinned it.”Sweetie, baby, honey. WE did not pin anything. YOU pinned it.When I stood there with a clearly uneven hem, the lady just yanked and pulled at my dress repeatedly telling me to “just let the fabric fall naturally.” You aggressive yanking is nothing close to natural. Every time I moved my head or body she snapped at me to “stand still! That’s why it looks bad!”Have you ever been to a wedding where you didn’t move at all. Stood soldier straight and didn’t move your head?!?!? Yeah. Me either. If it doesn’t look good while moving around… IT DOESN’T LOOK GOOD.That is because of your shoddy workmanship. Not my body, not my head position, not the fabric.You can see in the photo, with the dress hanging back facing the camera straight on the hanger. This garment was not hemmed evenly in ANY universe.

Amazing job on my Canada Goose Jacket!! I dropped my jacket off 2 weeks ago and recieved it back the following week completely spotless! I've had the jacket cleaned by many cleaners over the years and this place was by far the best. Great customer service, friendly people, and quick service!

Have used them twice to clean my all-white formal robes (with delicate lace details). Both times, they did a great job without damaging either of them. Ready for pick-up when stated.

A bit pricey and I am not sure if it's standard procedure to not call people once their dry cleaning is ready, but I felt it took a long time to get my stuff back. If I didn't ask for rush service, the turnaround time was next week". The work done was fine however

This place used to be great, now they take payment upfront, I brought in a Canada Goose jacket to be cleaned, they wanted $50+ on the spot, I didn't feel comfortable giving them money before any service was rendered, not to mention, it's an $800.00 jacket, I'd like to see the job done properly before I pay, there are tons of dry cleaners in this town, I'll gladly go to the next.

The owners of this business takes real pride in their work and understand and appreciates their customers.I have been going to this locations for years and never had a complain.They are very accommodating and always get my urgent needs done. Cant thank them enough for always taking care of me and my kids clothes.

Super friendly, competitive prices, very versatile services. I had a yellowed NASA jacket that was originally white and they were able to restore it to full whiteness, which was amazing! Also helped me stitch a jacket pocket and had a creative fix for a onesie zipper that was broken. Overall, I’m not sure why I haven’t been coming sooner but getting all this work done for just $45 was nothing short of phenomenal. Totally worth it. By the way, after getting work done, they put it in a nice clean wrap and a wire hanger, all professionally sealed and COVID safe for me, much appreciated!

Had an old winter coat that the zipper broke and buttons had fallen off. Didn't want to throw it away. Decided to see what snow white cleaners could do. I now have a coat that looks brand new for the fraction of the price of a new coat. I would recommend snow white cleaners. Very happy.

This place is great! The owners are all always very kind and accommodating. No matter what the stain, they are always able to get it out! The zipper fell off a sweater I had and I had taken it to get it fixed here - she knew exactly what the prob was, took a minute to fix and was kind enough not to charge me! Their prices are also very reasonableHighly recommend!

I dropped off some stuff to get dry cleaned and was greater by a lovely lady! She helped me even when I came to pick up my items, she advised me that some buttons were lose and one garments hem was coming undone ; she helped me reattach my buttons and hemmed by pants for me on the spot! She was so friendly she didn’t want to charge me for that either , but I had to give her something in return for this outstanding service! I live in Pickering and love to support small businesses like this. They live up to the name of Snow White Dry Cleaners having their own personal Snow White in house!
