Canada Post

I was actually trying to rate with zero stars but apparently this is not an option...Usually do not bother spending time for reviews but I feel exception is warranted here.I had the worst possible experience today.While trying to simply mail an item and asked the post office lady for help with it I was basically told how I should have figured it out and have done it on my own.I wonder if this particular person has any idea of customer service concept. Last time I checked her job is to serve paying customers like me, but felt like I was an annoyance to her and she behaved as she was doing me a favor. I am going to make it a point to avoid this place like the plague and unfortunately for no fault of their own this will extend to Shoppers Drugmart as well, astas Post office is within it. As far as Post Office, I suspect nothing will ever come of this , I doubt very much anyone at Canada Post cares to follow up on complaints like mine, but for fellow customers like me, if you can take your business elsewhere I strongly encourage you!

Awful awful customer service at this post office location. I'd give zero stars if possible! Rude, inexperienced and no help at all. I wish I had gotten her name!

Extremely nice man helped me out today (March 8 at 7:00pm ish). Very good service.

The counter lady should be fired she is absolutely awful and condescending! Every time I visit this location she is rude and treats you like dirt. I would give zero stars if I could!

These guys never pick up the phone. I've tried every 30 minutes for the past several hours. Please employ more competent people. By the looks of the rest of these reviews, there are clearly many issues that aren't being addressed.

I am truly surprised at the reviews posted. I have only had good experiences at this location, the staff are pleasant & readily assist their clients.

Counter lady very rude...No manners whatsoever! She should learn that here in Canada people treat each other with respect and pleasantly. She should be pacing animals in a farm back in her hometown >:(

It seems as though others have experienced what I have with the counter lady.. she did not acknowledge me standing there for the first few minutes, then once she did all she said was you need to tape that on yourself" regarding my return label print out. No hello

The counter lady has always helped me with sending out my packages. We are pleasant to each other and service is fine.
