Fernando Recchia built my new custom home in Ancaster on a lot which I owned where I had torn down the old existing house. I found him very professional and he was able to coordinate all the trades people and produce a quality finished product.

Good contractors. What makes them special is Fernando is on site every day making sure the trades are doing their job to his standards. Good quality, excellent design and pride in their work are evident.

After meeting with a number of builders we chose Fernando Recchia, Bevco Homes, to build our house in 2010. We chose Fernando because of his professionalism and the quality of work he provides. He is personally on the job site daily supervising all of the trades and does not hesitate to have the work redone if it is not to the customers satisfaction or his satisfaction. My wife and I purchased a home in Fernridge Estates and have been very happy with our purchase. We made a number of floor-plan changes and Fernando was always accommodating and more than reasonable with upgrade charges. On move-in day the house looked amazing and we've certainly heard a lot of Wows" from our family and guests!Any issues are quickly dealt with since Fernando is on site early and stays all day walking the site and ensuring everything is running smoothly. I would give 50 stars out of 5 if I could. If you are potentially in the market for a Bevco home, know that you are in the absolute best hands, and don't bother looking any further.Being first time new home buyers we were uncertain and nervous to begin with, but Fernando put us at ease right away. He dealt with us directly, in-person, often and consistently. Saying that he does high quality work is an understatement; high quality defines who he is. He is on the site pretty well all day, every day, personally ensuring every square inch of work inside and out is done properly and on time. Seeing Fernando in action never gave us a worry at all, and the end result was no less than spectacular. In addition to quality, he clearly has an ability and the experience to blend classic and modern features that make his homes timeless, both to look at and live in. Also, the work didn't stop at close. He personally ensured that any issues that arose afterward were dealt with properly, promptly, with a response and often even work starting within 12 hours.I highly recommend going with Bevco. You will not be disappointed with the experience, the process, and of course the end product of working with Fernando. It is refreshing to see an individual in this industry that truly puts their heart and soul into what they do.

After nearly 2 years of living in Fernridge Estates, we had a small issue after the major wind storm last week, we texted Fernando (owner) and he attended to the issue the same day… incredible customer service I was so impressed & he is very thorough and he will follow up & do a final touch up if needed. I recently purchased a custom built Bevco Home and I am very pleased with how well built these homes are. The quality of workmanship and finishes are top notch. The owner, Fernando Recchia is always available to answer any questions you may have and he strives to make sure that his homeowners are 100% happy and satisfied with the end result. We were first introduced to Fernando and Bevco Homes in the spring of 2020 when my wife and I were looking for a new home. From the get go we appreciated Fernando's candour and responsiveness. When we first met with Fernando you could see how important quality was to him and it certainly shows in the house we purchased.While in our case the house was already built, we did ask Fernando to make a few changes for us and there was no hesitation on his part. He also let us back into the house a number of times prior to us taking possession so that we could prepare for our move. This included allowing us to measure all the windows so that we could order our blinds and have them ready for the day we took possession.A week prior to closing we did a final walk through of the house and identified a few items that needed to be addressed and each and everyone of them were looked after prior to us getting the keys.Since taking possession a couple of additional items have come up and they have typically been addressed within 24 hours and we have never had to ask twice or remind Fernando. We also wanted some additional work done, i.e. adding a concrete patio to our back yard, Fernando recommended the trades person and stayed on top of him until the project was done, even though we were dealing with, and paying the tradesperson directly.As Fernando mentioned to us when we were purchasing the house, he said that the house chooses its owner and in our case we couldn't be happier. We love our new home and would not hesitate to purchase another home from Fernando and Bevco Homes.
