Our furnace was recently short cycling. Meaning it turns on and then turns off after 5 to 10 minutes. I had another company come by and they made it pretty clear that if anything was wrong with the furnace it should be replaced. I believed our furnace was still in good condition. I spoke with Kevin at Therwood who is an experienced technician and he said he would come by to have a look. It did need a new heat exchanger which was still under a 20 year parts warranty. The cost of repair was 20% of what a new furnace was. Very thankful to Kevin and Therwood for an honest assessment, quick turnaround time, and fair price. You will be my go to HVAC company from now on. Thanks again!

I have been using Therwood Heating and Cooling for over 20 years. Gerry and his Staff are Professional, On-Time, Honest, Committed, Personable, Fun and get the job done in a Timely Manner.Recently, on Feb 11th, 2022 I had a new Water Tank Heater Installed. Justin and Cam did the Installation. When Justin went out to turn the Gas off for the Installation he found 2 Gas Leaks. He immediatally called Enbridge to come out to service the Leak. They were there within 1/2 hour. I would not have not have known about this issue if it were not for their attention to detail. They went Above and Beyond as they always do.I will always use Therwood and Highly Recommend that you do as well. Number one ⭐ in my books.

Therwood installed a mini heat split heat pump/air conditioner for us. installation was done on time on price and a very professional installation. After the install took the time to explain the programmable thermostat and how it the various functions worked.
