What a great and positive experience at this location for TPH! I had some wedding materials printed including menus, invitations, and even a large photo/print for display. John was quick to respond and the turn around time was amazing. Definitely helped when I was in a time crunch. Overall, I enjoyed the customer experience as both the quality of materials and the communication was fantastic. Found my new go-to spot for my printing needs and would definitely come back.

I had such a great experience dealing with John for some last minute wedding materials. Although I live in Calgary, my wedding was in Toronto and it was so easy to email this location and have all of my materials (including ceremony programs and a seating chart) printed and ready for pick up by a family member. John even sent me a picture of a sample print out before putting through my order so I could see how it looked. And I was able to process and pay everything online. It was super efficient and the quality was amazing. I would highly recommend TPH for all your printing needs!

One of the best experiences ever! Because of their excellent customer service and attention to my order I didn’t mind driving all the way from Etobicoke to Scarborough during the traffic peak time! Even though running late, the TPH representative was waiting for me and made sure I picked up the order. Deep down I was thinking: is it still possible these days?! The staff is very nice on the phone as well, always present and attentive. Very responsive via email. And when shipping one of my orders home - there was a thank you note! I was like “Really?!!” Keep it up Team TPH!

Had a fantastic experience at TPH printing all of the stationary I needed for my wedding, including invites, menus, table numbers and the welcome sign/seating chart. John was a pleasure to work with, even when I had last minute printing jobs that came up. He was professional, efficient, and responded right away with our proofs and quotes. Most of the time, the printing was done the same day! The foamcore welcome sign had a small dent when we received it. When we brought it up to John, they reprinted it again without hesitation. Excellent service from start to finish and the product was ready for me quicker than expected. Lisette was very helpful as soon as I entered and Brent provided expert advice. He and another member of the team helped carry my order to my car unprompted even though they were obviously very busy. I recommend this business for anyone who needs printing done. 5+stars!
