Pines Of Normanview

Very upsetting and unfortunate interaction today while viewing a townhouse. Don’t have “pet friendly” on your ads if your going to be bias toward dog breeds. I bought my dog from its original owner who LIVED in these townhouses and now to be informed when I personally am looking that my dog, because of its breed, is not accepted. Very aggravating and upsetting. Do better boardwalk it’s 2022.

Wonderful above and beyond really went the extra mile. Leia was very understanding and accommodating to me. Move out was wonderful no problem.

I lived there for five years and loved Boardwalk so much that when they sold the apartment building. I wanted to stay with them so I move to another building here in the city.

I don’t believe you’ll find a better place to live in Regina than Pines of Normanview, or a more supportive team willing to go above and beyond to make it a fabulous place to live. Laila is a phenomenal property manager - super friendly and amazing at what she does. 10/10 would recommend moving in if you can get a vacant suite!

I would say, my wife and myself are experienced tenants, we used to change apartments every year due to different circumstances before we bought a house. So I can declare, we have seen a lot of places from cheap to fancy ones in Regina and all of them were not perfect and I am pretty shure that high price doesn't guarantee your will like the place. We are very picky, especially if it comes to noise and crazy neighbors, I remember we mentioned this in the office and were heard. This place is the only one we really enjoyed renting, we spent 2 years in one of the condos on the second floor, it was warm in the winter and cool and fresh in the summer, really good neighbors, nice view from the balcony, office staff were super helpful, many thanks to all of them as well as maintenance guys.Yes, it is not a paradise, our apartment wasn't renovated so it looked a bit old style, however it was also cheaper, can't complain!

I’ve been living here since September 2021, the place has been great! If anything breaks maintenance is always there either that day or the next to fix! My heat stop working because of the cold weather, I called and someone came to fix within the hour! The community is nice and beautiful and the costumer service is great! I would 100% recommend

We have lived here for the past six months. We believe that we could not have chosen a better location to stay in Regina. Pines of Normanview's administration people are always very kind and helpful, along with the great service. We would like to thank Laila for her excellent service. We have always had a pleasant experience dealing with her.
