Staff is always smiling and pleasant. Bread is always fresh, proper time is taking to making each sandwich. Reasonably priced and their soup is spot on! Has washrooms as well as its inside the Irving.

I bought a sub through the App. The App crashed as I placed my order but it still took my money so called to see if they still got my order and it went through the system. They confirmed they did receive my order but when I showed up they said they never received it. I showed them the money came out of my bank account but they refused to make me a sub or refund me my money. The worker called the manager and he said there was nothing he could do even when I showed him my account and the App. I DO NOT recommend purchasing through the app or buying from this Subway location because they don't care about customers. I used to come here all the time before this experience but I won't be back now.

We were there Saturday May 25th & cannot praise the 2 girls who served us enough!! They worked in unison, were polite & attentive! & sweet too!!! Highly recommend this Subway!!!

This staff was awesome! So friendly and efficient. They were really busy but it didn't slow them down. They got us all thru quick and were really great. Yummy fresh food as well.

Went in at 9:45pm while the employee was making a sub for another customer and was told that they are closed “because it takes a long time to close”. Everything was still out and available to make a sub as he was currently making one. If the place is open until 10pm you should be able to get a sub until 10pm. Whatever time it takes you to close has nothing to do with me. If I could give it a zero I would.

Went in there right now at 945 pm the man was making a sub for another customer and he said the store was closed so no subs made after 944 pm ?
