A little late arriving, but I got a call letting me know and giving an updated ETA, so all good there. Omar came by, checked out the leaky bath faucet and had some parts replaced and the whole thing fixed up real quick. Very friendly and professional.

Not only are they more expensive (50% more than competitors) they're the complete opposite of professional.We had a pinhole leak fixed by them. Except that when the hole was fixed, hot water was only going upstairs and not downstairs. This wasn't discovered until the next day where they claim that it couldn't possibly have been them and to call Reliance as it's a heater issue and that they would charge a service fee to come take a look (plenty of plumbers don't).I bite the bullet and they come. Turns out, reliance wasn't needed and that they had made a mistake. Even after the fact, they still charged me.Imagine paying 425 for a single pinhole leak.
