I had Francine Myers assist me with the process of insolvency. She made it a very pleasant and professional experience. I was very hesitant and actually ashamed to call discuss my having difficulties with certain monetary problems, but she made it a great experience without any judgement. I was so anxious about my debt but kept on putting off calling a trustee because I was embarrassed and thought that I would be looked down on and judged. I was SO wrong. I finally made the call and I am so glad I did. Everyone - initial intake person, the reception, Francyne, and Kim were great and made me feel so relieved. It feels great to be able to breathe without being so stressed again :)

Thank goodness I found Allan Marshall & Accociates. After quickly leaving an abusive marriage penniless, having to move across the country, and unable to work due to health issues, I was drowning in debt. I was at my lowest trying to make ends meet each month, and becoming more depressed by the day. The staff here are so professional, helpful, while kind and easy going at the same time. It seemed that they truly cared. They listened and answered all of my questions, never once making me feel inferior because of my situation. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone struggling financially. They even explain how to get your credit back on track afterwards and they teach you how to budget.
