Staff is always friendly. Great quality clothes. Make sure you sign up for their email list as there are regular store wide sales not broadly advertised.

Great place to shop for the entire family.Purchase items for my husband, son and two daughters. Comfortable, soft sweaters and jogging pants, shorts, T-shirts. I was able to find clothes that were causal, and sporty.Some items we purchased were on sale.I love the Roots Canadian Label

Was very disappointed - large posted sign in the front window .. up to 70% off. The staff knew nothingabout it and could only offer the area in the back with 25% off.

Nice product. Heather at the Hyde Park location was very friendly and polite as she advised me that yes indeed I was being charged a $7 delivery fee for having ordered online, though the item I purchased is stocked at this and all their other locations. Are Roots finances so dire that they have to gouge their customers , or do they just have a company policy" of fleecing people? This behaviour is also discouraging 'curbside shopping'

Great place to shop at this iconic Canadian brand compare to other locations in the town. Staff is very friendly and location is well organised for Covid.
