Very rude receptionist. Glad I am saved. Wish had an option for zero star

Wish I could give zero stars but It doesn't allow me to.In a new condo (Pratt/Bear Creek) 2 years old.The main drain pipe for the kitchen broke and damaged the unit below us. Emergency plumbers (3) came in on Friday. Cut out a huge section underneath our sink and fixed the issue. Also, heard many stories about plumbing issues within the 2 condo buildings here. Extremely disappointed with Northern and Pratt. Northern employees are young, inexperienced and sloppy. Dealt with them for a while when we moved in. Lastly, the receptionist is very rude.

Very rude receptionist. Gives attitude and is not interested in helping you.

If their plumbing services are anything like their driving skills, I would be terrified. If I were the owner of this business I would be embarrassed.
