Absolutely horrible! Dr.Faisal is a pill pushing physician, that doesn't give a darn about her patients or their health! Her receptionist is just as bad! Dr.Faisal will only fill out paperwork if you pay for it or she has to by law. She refused to get me a female specialist, surgeon or therapist. Highly suggest using a walk-in clinic over this person. Absolutely horrible and disgusting the way her and her staff behave! BEWARE !!!

I am looking for family doctor ad I contacted Essex County Medical Society. They Gave me Dr. Faisal contact that She is accepting new patients. I called in the office, after long wait over the phone I was able to speak to the receptionist. She told me I have to come personally to pick up the form for new patients. I told here it is very hard for come down in office/job timings just to pick hard copy of form. I told could She email me or give me link to fill the form but She refused and told me this is the only option come to the office and ick form. What a waste of time while electronic/internet media available everywhere.

I don't understand all these low ratings and complaints. I guess an unsatisfied patient is more likely to take the time to comment than a happy patient is. So don't believe everything you read here, decide for yourself. I started seeing her and she referred me right away to a rheumatologist and when that one declined the referral because their office was too busy, I got the courtesy of a phone call from Dr.Faisal's secretary to inform me of the changes, the reasoning and the new plan. She didn't have to keep me in the loop but chose to. I also recommended my brother and Co worker to her as well and they're both happy with her as a doctor and her front staff as well. I really like her. She's smart and thorough and she's not supposed to be your friend. She's supposed to be your doctor. And she's doing great.

Dr Faisal is fine. Nice doctor. HOWEVER, HER SECRETARY IS A NIGHTMARE. She hardly ever answers the phone (9 times out of 10 when I call, there is no answer), and when she does answer (on that rare occasion) she's always extremely rude and condescending. I asked for a copy of an immunization record and she basically acted as though I was the worst mother ever for not having it on hand, even though I had just moved. She said in a very rude tone (among other things) it's your responsibility as a parent to have those." ... meanwhile I was thinking "mmm

Dr. Faisal has an absolutely horrible bedside manner. She has made both myself and my fiancé extremely uncomfortable the few times we have gone to see her. Every time we went into that office we felt like we were not wanted in there, and like they just wanted us out. I had some medical issues a few years back and she could not be bothered with wanting to help me further, she just tossed me off to the next specialist and I never got so much as a follow up call from her office to do a check up and see how I was doing later on. She is clearly very uncomfortable with men, and I honestly don’t understand why she has a practice if she doesn’t care about her patients.

Called the office today at 240pm. I really wanted to believe these reviews to be wrong and decided heck, I'll call and see let them prove me wrong. The reviews are true. Awful treatment. 6 to 12 month wait just to get in in to MAYBE" have a doctor consultation. I am starting to understand why people go out of this city for a family doctor. If the reception isn't welcoming why would the doctor be trusted?"

I'm surprised by the bad reviews. It's far from a perfect system because of Ontario's lack of doctors, but that's not her fault. Otherwise, I've always found her knowledgeable, understanding, responsible and accommodating (as much as possible, given the demand). Appointments are within 10 minutes of scheduled time.

Dr. Faisal has been my family doctor for years, I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from because I've never had a single problem with her or the receptionist, even with the pandemic. Dr. Faisal has been spectacular, and I cannot recommend her enough. She has always been there for me and my Fiancé, and I know we can always trust her.

I cannot believe how hard it is in order to get in contact with ANYBODY at this office! I am in an urgent situation which must be taken care of ASAP and am nearly going insane trying to do so. I have called dozens upon dozens of times these last few days trying to get a hold of ANYBODY and it took me physically driving out to the office just for them to turn me away and make an appointment for a phone consultation. I later had missed the call after waiting an hour given that their website says they close at 4 and they called me at 4:45. I was later left a message saying to call back within 10 minutes, which I did 7 times and once again NO RESPONSE!!!! Absolutely ridiculous what it takes to simply get a hold of your doctor. Once or IF I ever get taken care of, I will be pulling my records and finding a new doctor immediately just as my friend had to do for the same exact reasons.

Became Dr. Faisal patient few months ago when I moved to Windsor. For over 2 months now I've been trying to get hold of her office for an appointment but always get the voice mail which totally is not understandable and is in mumbled voice.Thinking about switching to another doctor.
