Nothing but the best in customer service! An 11 out of 10! Husband and wife duo were beyond friendly. Showing us all sorts of things with no pressure at all. Wasn't planning on purchasing anything that day but walked away with 3 items, one of which were made on the spot for me to pick up later. Just an overall memorable experience and a story to tell of our stay in Montreal!

I stumbled into this store during my ventures into Montreal. What an absolutely fantastic store. The owners are so kind, and very passionate about their work. It is rare today to find a furrier, let alone one where you are working directly with the manufacturers. It was a beautiful ezpertto be able to speak with Pat. I love the quality of their work. Today we purchased an accessory, but we will be back to invest in fur coats. They are truly a luxury you can have for the rest of your life.

This is quite honestly the best shopping experience I have ever had!!! The owners are friendly and so helpful. Do not buy fur anywhere else. You must visit this shop! While shopping you feel no pressure to purchase anything and they make everything on site, so they will customize any item you want. I purchased a hat for my daughter and they changed the color and fur to our liking. Just trust me! You must visit North Pole Furs, Inc!

This family business in the old city is a gem. The quality of their coats and accessories are amazing. The owners are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.They sell custom made coats and so much more They also do custom work that is very reasonably priced. Can make from an old coat a new oneMy friend bought a mink coat but wanted a cap on it and alternate several thingsThey did it without hesitation and did a incredible jobPoeple like this we don't find anymoreThis shop can never be replacedThere eyes and faces reflects the love of there work

My friends and I all visited this fabulous fur store while in Montreal. We all came away with beautiful, quality furs. It was a fun experience. The owners could not have been anymore accommodating. If your in Montreal don't go anywhere else if your looking for a fur!

I shopped with George and Pat, owners of this store and lovely people, on my trip to Montreal. I had a wonderful experience shopping and learning about furs and leathers. I bought unique pieces and was very happy to have alterations done overnight. The selection, price and customer service were first class. You will be treated like family and find custom work by this family owned business. If you don't find what you want, they will design and make it for you. I feel like I've made new friends and look forward to my next visit. Thanks George and Pat!

This is a must for anyone who loves furs! Not only do they have a wide selection of fur products at very reasonable prices, George and Pat can make, alter, or create anything you can imagine. We bought a beautiful king size blue fox blanket. Ask about shipping and taxes.
