Terrible customer service! Husband and I ordered $72 worth of food! They got my part of the order wrong, denied that they got it wrong, told me I could just buy something else then, so I sat and watched my husband eat, and just had the drink! Very disappointing, as this has been our go to place at least once a week since they opened! This experience has made us rethink where we will go from now on! Fortunately for us, Regina has many other restaurants eager to take our money!

Food was good, and obviously cooked fresh. Fresh cooked did mean we had to wait a bit for food, so if you are in a big hurry this isn't the place for you. Curly fries with regular seasoning was just seasoning salt, which was disappointing. My husbands onion rings were good, and the burger and chicken burger both juicy and tasty. Prices are steep- we would go back, but only as a treat, not a regular go-to.

Pay more and get less. The burger quality is good here, but you don't get any bang for your buck at all. For example, the nacho fries cost more than any other fast food restaurant with the same item and there's hardly any beef in their version. I've compared. You're paying up to 4 dollars more just for that item. The burger is as good or slightly better than Five Guys, at best, so Fatburger is good, but egregiously expensive. The best is still Fuddruckers. High quality burgers, but reasonably priced for its quality.

Food tasted great. Little pricey $$ but excellent service. Love the option for a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Yay for health”ier” options. Gravy was lovely. Cheese very stringy. “Fun” chicken burger was great and stayed Hot in their foil wrappers.

All in all was on OK meal. Had burgers and some boneless wings to start. The boneless wings were alright but I probably would not order again due to the ridiculous price compared to quality/quantity. Ordered to split between two people, I would have thought they would come with 2 dipping sauces apposed to 1. Burgers were tasty and filling, no complaints there. The fries on the other hand were not quite as good. The nacho fry upgrade was a bit of a hot mess, basically just chili cheese fries minus most of the cheese and add tomatoes/jalapeños. Was not very flavourful and certainty not worth the outrageous price to upgrade. Poutine had a very generous amount of cheese curds which was nice but the gravy was terribly bland. I highly recommend you order a burger and regular fries if you go here. I think you will enjoy the meal a lot more!

Horrible chicken tenders, everything else is great. Waited to test this multiple times. 3/4 times we went the chicken fingers were like chewing on rubber and was really bad. The 1 time was just ok. This used to be my go to chicken tender place before covid. Its really gone down hill. Not sure if its just overcooking or subpar chicken.
