They were super speedy and friendly. They had a great selection of bike related products so even though we went in just for a bike repair, we ended up coming out with lots of quality products. Bonus, they had 2 super cute and friendly dogs hanging around the shop! Next time I'm in Canmore we will be there again.

Amazing staff and service! I’d highly recommend. I got into mountain biking last summer and went to outside for help. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgable. They explained everything in alot of detail to help me pick the right bike for my riding level. And gave lots of advice on proper biking gear. I also went back multiple times for help with bike repairs which they completed very easily and quickly! If you’re in Canmore check them out!

Bought an ebike from them and love it. Panniers for my husband's birthday, which he thinks are perfect. Today they were able to complete a work order in less than 2 hours so the bike was ready for a ride tomorrow. Great company, great service.

My parents just shared their great experience with me and I felt it review worthy! After bringing my moms bike in for what they thought needed new tires, they were then stopped by Kevin who then took the time out of his busy day to reevaluate their situation. He was honest with them in saying they didn't actually need tires, he then took 15 minutes to provide them with a complimentary tune up. They also mention the service was top notch and they felt well taken care of. They will remain loyal customers!

I go to this shop a couple times a month. They keep a good stock and the staff go out of their way to help you even when they are busy building bikes. The sales floor is busy and has pretty much everything you'd need, and the bike techs have helped me figure out what is wrong with my bike when I can't fix it and have even recommended the correct parts when I was trying to fix something myself. Go local.
