Great collection and staff very helpful and welcoming

It's an elegant looking showroom with elegant pricing.Not my cup of tea and the 2 counter people in the showroom love to not readily acknowledge clients in a friendly helpful manner. I watched others enjoy the same experience.We did not see a good selection of backsplash tiles and the help wasn't there.

Big showroom with a lot of selections.

Tons to see and presented in bright open spaces. Almost too much to see but definitely worth the time spent there. Excellent selection of products and super nice staff on site to help with questions.

Nice choices, not cheap. We made the mistake of thinking it was cheaper to shop here than our favourite box-store. We found the exact items cheaper at our building supply store. Only advantage is better expert advice/designers and immediate pick up as opposed to having to order and wait.

Olympia have some beautiful tiles, for sure, but their customer service is non-existent. We got no help at all at the showroom but were directed to a website where we ordered our tiles by filling out a form and sending payment info online. I don't know what happened but I ended up with quite a few sheets of leftover tiles, but Olympia wouldn't do a refund, stating something about them coming from Toronto and they couldn't restock the leftovers, although they had samples of the tiles in the Montreal showroom. Yes, the receipt indicated that it was final sale, but I received that only after placing the order online, when I went to pick up the tiles. My wife suspects that Olympia are used to dealing with contractors and designers and don't have the time of day for DIYers like us. I think she's probably right. At the same time, I had some leftover tiles from Home Depot for another project and they took them back, no problem, no questions asked. If you are a DIYer, you are probably better off going with one of the big box stores.

My last search was for bathroom tiles. Found there pretty tiles 8x10". Regular stores like Reno Depot or Home Depot have only big size plates of boring greyish tones. Warm beige looks like not in fashion nowdays... Olympia still have different sizes and colors.They also have a liquidation section.May work for small quantities"
