Iceberg Overhead Doors

Our garage door broke this afternoon and they were over at home within the half hour to repair it. They quickly repaired our garage door and even did maintenance to ensure it doesn't have other issues in the future. Very thorough and absolutely amazing service and I highly recommend them. Was so happy with how quickly Omer came and fixed the spring on my garage door. Not only that, but he also inspected everything else and noticed I needed new brackets as well. He finished the job quickly and was very friendly and efficient.

We had an issue with the tension cable on the garage door. I tried it to fix myself but failed. The door wasn’t aligned and level anymore. I contacted Iceberg Overhead Doors at night around 9pm. I had already an answer at 10 pm.! We arranged an appointment for the next morning. Omer showed up on time and within a short period of time he had fixed everything. He is so knowledgeable and skilled and reliable I really recommend him! Fantastic job done . If you need somebody for this kinda work he is the man to call !! Highly recommended. Best choice ever. I didn't realize my overhead door springs were broken and I was in a serious jam when one of the panels snapped off. I called Iceberg and they immediately came to assess the damage and were honest, trustworthy and prompt in their assessment. Within 2 hours of my call, I had new overhead door springs installed and my door panel fixed. Truly amazing service! I highly recommend them for all your overhead door needs!

Omer did an Excellent job! Called to have a broken spring replaced. Came in the same day and time we agreed on.He noticed that the broken spring was on the same side that was replaced 2 months prior by a different contractor (previous broken spring was still in my garage) and noted that the spring was the incorrect size. Also had him to install new cable pullys.All was done very quickly and at a reasonable cost. Garage door still operates flawlessly.Thank you!

Had a great review of the initial experience from Omer, the install went great however 1 of the windows had a crack on it. During covid it was explained the difficulty in getting shipping available and would take a while, thats fine usually. However i have tried numerous attempts to via email, text message and phone calls. There was a couple times where i was committed timelines to them being broken. It has now been 1.5yrs with me trying to follow up every 3 months to be told another broken promise.I will say again the initial install was great however to get anything claimed"

Omer installed new garage door wheels (not sure if that's the technical term!) and aluminum/rubber bottom to fight the rust. He was super nice, extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. Thanks for your great customer service! I highly recommend iceberg!

Very clean and neat work, quality material. Accommodating tech and i will highly recommend especially the wifi feature on the garage door opener. I can access via phone with notifications and controls!

Exceptional work and great price! Springs snapped just as we were running to medical appointment and was able to get to house and started working on it within a half hour of the call. Really reasonable cost and fantastic service!
