The store is nice and has good deals, but when my wife and I went to go buy shoes, we waited for 20m for someone to help us. We noticed there were 4 associates just in the back doors laughing and talking so we grabbed the shoes and went to the front and then finally someone came out. Asked for help with shoes and had to get another girl who was designated to the section to stop her conversation to help us. The staff needs to be more mindful of customers. Also floor was dirty and could have spent the time sweeping instead.

I really like this store and the variety of activewear and sports materials they carry. I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of whatever I may buy. The employees are very friendly, however, I think there may be an issue with management. I was looking for a specific item and couldn’t find it so I went to the cashier at the front and asked if they had it. The girl was friendly and said she wasn’t sure and would send someone to help me. I had an appointment so was a bit rushed and ended up waiting about 15 minutes and still no one had come so I left without any help. The store from what I could see had about 3 customers including me, it was very empty, yet, I saw maybe 5 or 6 employees. Customer service is something they could work on.

Sport Check on 130th in Calgary.A bike on display had only one price marked. In front of a big sign that advertises 30% off. Staff informed us the price shown already had the discount.I asked why the original price of the bike isn't shown, and was informed that that is Sport Check pricing policy. But... Every other bike in the line had two price tags. One before discount and one after.I was very disappointed that staff dismissed my question. Why every other bike was discounted, but the one my son wanted was 'already discounted'. It seems dishonest to put up signs saying take 30% off GT bikes.... Except this one model. It's still this price.

Very bad experience Today as the sales people doesn't know anything. Came to pickup an online order from NE after calling and confirming with the store they have a piece I can pick up. I came to the the store to know that I can't pick up my order. They sales people completely responsible for making me drive such a long distance for no reason totally disappointed at the store and the sales people.

The worst sport chek on the planet. Since they are renovating, they feel zero obligation to provide any customer service at the bike shop, and are so stunned, their sales associates don’t even offer to call another sport chek store to see if what a customer wants is in stock, rather they are more focused on installing shelves. Do yourself a favour, the store is small, they have zero inventory and the staff is even worse, SO don’t shop here!!!

went to this location last night, as my sons winter coat broke. Of course this close to end of winter. However, was disappointed that when I went in there was no kids coats out but men's and ladies. Kid's should probably always be out longer then men and ladies. However, I did ask for help, and Peter was able to help me out. I did have to wait, as he had to go to the back to look for it. I appreciate the help. Given that we live in Calgary, I do think that maybe there should be some future consideration to keeping out kids winter gear until April.

Sportcheks are always doing Reno's. But what's worse is. The glues and paint fumes. They don't close.I go in to get shoes and had to leave after like 5 mins.Why would you be opening with those chemicals in the air.

This store especially the cashiers are always super awesome to deal with. I was in this week and was helped by cashier Anna. She was fantastic. I needed some help with price adjustments. She was so kind, patient and was really good at her job and was able to help with what I needed. She also made sure the other customers were helped, when a bit of a line formed behind me and got back up right away. The other girl that joined her was also really great with customers. I didn't get her name.
