Honestly I’m giving up on this place. I’ve tried different times of day and of the week, but still I end up getting day old bread (or older who knows) that’s dry and crumbly and gross - and I don’t get my subs toasted so there’s no reason for it to be crumbly.I’ve never had this at other subways in the valley.

The gentleman who was serving refused to serve me because I'm fussy and he said hes not taking any attitude. I have been going to this store since it has been open, often 3 and 4 times a week and have not had any problem. This gentleman refused to serve me so I'm going to do my best to stop people from going to the Greenwood stove. I'v never met me beforenor did Iknow him.He never washed his hands and handlefresh sub buns.

By far not a good experience, me and my friends ordered and i had to tell them how to do their job. I asked for a spicy chicken they gave me regular, they forgot that a drink and chip comes with the meal deal. My friends sandwich had onions on it and my her sisters sandwich is so dry and crumbly even though it wasnt toasted and the bacon is freezing cold. Not coming back for a while.

Every Subway I go to I order the same thing the shredded chicken bacon ranch and every time I order that one at this one they give me the wrong chicken either the roasted breast or breaded every time. Not once has it been right. Today will be the last time I got there I'd rather go to Coldbrook they always get it right there

They blame a custuerme for putting hair into their food and when i called them back all i got was the phone hung up in my ear and the guy who was work didnt know what to do about the situaoin...

Food was good but Management needs to review policies. Putting a new employee on Sandwich making without any assistance is just cruel. Also a customer standing at the counter takes priority over the telephone, hang up and call them back. Cleanliness needs a better focus. I have reluctantly returned to this location a couple of times, I may not return.
