I came for the first time to to the boardwalk location and I'm so fortunate that I was able go clean. I had a few things done and I was in a bit of a rush. Their customer service was absolutely impeccable and within a day and a half they dry cleaned my suit, my dress shirts, my sons suit and they tailored my daughter's dress and my sons suit along with steaming my daughters dress. They were busy but they took care of me immediately and met my stringent timeline. So thankful as everything fit perfectly for my kids and they dry cleaned outfits were also perfect. Thank you for your help. I totally recommend going there.

I have used Rosa's Multiple times for tailoring. They always do a good job. I have had a jacket as well as pants done there.

Rosa is an excellent seamstress with a great eye for the best alterations. She corrected alterations for us that had been done badly at a different tailor. She also understands how dresses should fit. Very satisfied with her work!

Rosa took one of my old satin gowns which was too long and hemmed it so that it was a modern, more flattering dress. She used the material that was cut off the dress as a pleated piece that could be added to the back of the dress to give it more volume and dimension. She was able to get this done for me in only a couple days as well because it was for a last minute event. Everyone complimented my dress when I wore it!

Fantastic pricing, super friendly, & it feels like they genuinely want to do what's best for their clients. The work is also done excellently, certainly will be my go to tailor for everything.

I was really excited about this new tailor as I just moved to the area and it was nice and close.When I actually went in I was very disappointed. I brought a dress that had some rips in it and needed them to be sewed back up. The man who would do the sewing came to look at the rips and gives me a quote and actually started pulling on the seams of my dress to show me that the material was cheap and comes apart. He kept pulling on the seams and making perfectly fine seams now come apart. I had to literally tell him to stop because he was making my dress worse.I simply came in to have the visible rips fixed not for someone to pull the seams of my dress apart. I was very uncomfortable with my experience there and decided that this was not the right place to go.Was hoping for better. Be careful when you bring your items here.

Rosa saved my backpack! I bought it years ago and is still in perfect condition... Except for one of the straps that was tearing away. I was resigned that I would have to buy a new bag, but I showed Rosa the bag and she said, with complete confidence, that she could fix it. I just picked it up and it looks brand new! I'm so excited to get more use out of this bag, and to have saved over $100 on a new bag! Thank you again!

I recently took 2 dresses in to be altered. I said I was in no hurry and the pick up date was for 2 weeks. I was charged $60 to have 2 short dresses taken in, which seemed expensive. We went to collect them on the Friday and the staff member could not find them. She told us to come back Saturday. We came back Saturday and they had not been altered. We were told to come back Monday.When we did show up Monday they had still not been done. We had to wait for them to be finished. We've never had a bad experience before so this was disappointing. Especially as the dresses have not been taken in as much as requested. They look no different
