A place that has great and unique sports memorabilia of Canadian hockey teams, NFL teams, and baseball. However, the staff are not so special. Not sure if they were having an off day, but found the guy on the laptop kind of rude. I was ready to buy something and changed my mind. You're in retail and customer service ; show and treat all customers with respect.

This store has a great selection of vintage (and somewhat eclectic) inspired sports memorabilia. Having researched the internet for a specific item, The Sport Gallery was the only place in Canada that had it. Having had to contact customer service with a question about the item and the order (not being close to the store), they were great. Always good to support a small, Canadian business!

I ordered a Canucks hat to be shipped to my sister in Vancouver, after I placed the order someone from the store emailed me saying they were going to Vancouver for the holidays and could drop the hat off to her while they were there to make sure she got it in time for Christmas. They hand delivered it to her in a snow storm and even put it in a bag with ribbon and tissue paper. I am so amazed by this level of care and service, I would definitely recommend the sport gallery for any of your sports merch needs!

Was looking for an original and stylish sweater as a gift for a Leafs fan and this place had exactly what I was looking for - and then some.Their staff was also extremely helpful with local delivery and went the extra mile to make sure I got my purchase in time for the holidays. (Thanks again, Mark!)Looking forward to visiting them in store soon and seeing all the other cool stuff they have.Don’t hesitate to get your sports gear and memorabilia from here!

This is place is amazing and a must-see for any sports fan. They have cool, unique (sometimes exclusive) styles that you just don't find anywhere else. Staff is helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. My go-to for special gifts for the sports fans in my life and to occasionally treat myself.

Merchandise is great, staff are extremely rude!!We visited last night as a large group, we were looking for some merchandise for our son, a baseball cap he liked and I was looking at some Hockey shirts, we walked out in the end after staff had been rude to our son for looking at the caps (which we intended to buy) and they also went out to tell off an elderly member of our group who had sat down outside the shop whilst the other 7 of us went into browse! She is 85!! Appalling, train your staff in manners and customer service and don’t be so stuck up!!Great sports gear but we certainly wont be going back!

Have been a fan of their nostalgic hockey and baseball gear for years. They had a Vancouver store for awhile but sadly it closed in late 2020. These days I remain a customer through online ordering. My most recent order had the luxury of being hand delivered by James, one of their associates who lives in Vancouver. Not only did I save the postage but had a chance to talk a bit of baseball in the process.I’ve always had terrific customer service from these folks, and their products are top notch.

While this retail shop does boast itself as a Sport Art Gallery, you'll be amazed at the other types of sports memorabilia, collectibles, and unique items they have on hand from Canadian and US teams. I was happy to purchase a couple of throwback Montreal Expos & Patrick Roy 47 Brand t-shirts. It's worth a visit.

I usually only rate things online if they’re 5 or 1 star and this is definitely a 5/5I accidentally placed my order for delivery when I wanted to pick up, without question they refunded me the shipping fee. When I went in to pick it up I was shocked by the awesome atmosphere and coffee bar in the store. My order was ready for me in a bag with tissue paper, beautiful and ready to hand over to the recipient of this gift! Thanks guys!
