Findlay Creek Animal Hospital

I arrived at Findlay Creek Animal Hospital this morning unannounced with my cat who has a severe eye infection. Nothing to fool around with! Before going, I tried calling but some other business showed up on my call display. So I went directly over. Upon entering there was no awknowlegement. No good morning, no nothing. Anyway I proceeded to tell receptionist what my cats issue was. She told me not only was the vet not in, she couldn't take me today. I asked if this was an animal hospital and she said yes. So why won't she arrange for at least a tech to look at his eyes. I left, removing my account to Alta Vista.I also explained about the problem with their phone number showing up on call display as a plumbing company. She said she was aware of the problem. So why isn't fixed? Anyway, this receptionist didn't even look up from her desk, saying she had the phone off the hook because she was too busy.This is not the care I expect from my vet or their staff. I am moving my account from Findlay Creek.

Been using them since I got my senior rescue dog 6 months ago. They've been super helpful with everything and very understanding of her quirks, her having been abused in the past. Both vets she's seen have answered all my questions and followed up with me. I'd recommend this clinic.I'm editing my review a little as I think almost 2 hours at the clinic for a simple check up and bloodwork is unacceptable. Overbooked or understaffed, you cannot make people wait like that.

Our cat Minnie needed emergency surgery today. The vet was great! Came in himself to speak with us about how it went. The vet tech was very nice and informative about the meds. They saw us within 24 hours of my emergency call to them.Will be coming back to Findlay Creek for sure! Thank you to everyone who helped Minnie in her surgery today! She means so much to her family.

AMAZING care, this is my first dog and Dr. Emad took it upon himself to explain and guide me through the medical process of dog ownership. I once cancelled an appointment for a vaccine because my dog had diarrhea and to my surprise Dr. Emad called the next morning to seek how she was doing and prescribed some medication in order to solve this issue. This is personal care that even my doctor doesn't offer. I highly recommend Dr. Emad and his team.

Our dogs are always treated with gentle hands. We have one who runs to the door with excitement if he hears the word vet. If he's that happy to go to a vet appointment, I know we've chosen the right place to care for our dogs.

This hospital is THE BEST! Dr Emad Nour is a great veterinarian and the entire staff is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Both of our kittens took to Dr Nour immediately - and one of them is extremely shy. Dr Nour did a great job neutering our fur babies and the special care from the staff before and afterwards was absolutely amazing - our fur babies were totally spoiled! When we had emergencies, the clinic even squeezed us in the same day we called. Thanks to their services our fur babies are healthy. We are so happy to have such a reliable clinic in the neighbourhood - you have to check this clinic out if you have a pet!

Findlay Creek Animal Hospital provided the best care for my cat Chester who had 3 of his teeth removed by Dr. Emad Nour. The staff also cared for my cat Smokey, who suddenly wasn't interested in eating. They booked us in immediately and my cats were feeling better right after their first visit. I also wanted to give a shout out to Jenny, the vet technician, she answered all my questions and concerns and Dr. Emad Nour who made follow up calls to ensure my cats were doing ok. Thanks to you and your team, my cats are back to living their best life.

Absolutely amazing service! If you are looking for a new vet I highly recommend Findlay Creek Animal Hospital. Dr. Emad Nour is a wonderful human being and the rest of the staff are just as great, they all take great care of my pup! (Jimmy). I cannot say enough about kind and caring they are.

Good staff and always accommodating. Dr. Imad is very welcoming and he explains everything to you about your pet. My two dogs go to this clinic. Love you all guys.
