Totally disgusted with employees laughing and making fun of the poor gentleman helping me. I saw some tile on the wall and he asked another employee where it was-she pointed to another room-he looked all over the store and back room only to ask again and was told it wasn't available any longer-My boyfriend left the store before me because employees didn't realize we were together and he heard their remarks-don't even deserve 1 star

L'équipe de chez Italo prend soin de vous du début à la fin de votre projet. Rose est excellente et prend le temps de bien vous conseiller selon vos goûts. Nous avons opté pour une belle procelaine lustrée avec plancher chauffant pour toutes les pièces de la maison. L'installation par Thierry et Olivier s'est faite rapidement et à la perfection. It was a pleasure working with Rose to select and purchase everything we needed for our bathroom renovation. She was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There is a very good selection of tile at affordable prices and it is well worth the trip over the bridge from Ottawa to check out their shop.

Italo are top of the line service, sales and installation. It always is such a pleasure to work with Rose. She is so helpful and generous with good tips. They have helped us with the selection and the installation of all the ceramic in our house, now 16 years old... We still love every bit of it! We recently needed ceramic and grout for an addition and spoke with Rose who remembered us and helped us greatly. Professionals!

After visiting many tile stores in Ottawa, we went to see Rosa at Italo Ceramique in Gatineau on the recommendation of our stone mason. He was right. We had extremely helpful friendly service, and they had everything we needed under one roof. Rosa went above and beyond to offer the best price, samples, and storage till we were ready to pick up. We are thrilled with our high quality Italian porcelain tiles for our new home.
