After receiving a bouquet for Mother's Day, I contacted Country Creations to express my disappointment as the flowers were not fresh and did not represent what was advertised on their website.They acknowledged my concern and offered me a replacement bouquet of my choice. The next day they delivered a VERY nice bouquet!Pleased to see that the satisfaction of their customers is reflected in their customer service.Thank you Country Creations!

Just received a Christmas arrangement. It is absolutely stunning. Anything I have received or ordered from Country Creations has always been beautiful.

I have ordered from Country Creations twice as a gift for my Aunt as we are distances apart. Both times have exceeded expectations. Thank you for your kind customer service and of course the gorgeous arrangements!

Make sure you check that they have the flowers that you want in inventory before you order anything, either fresh cut or an arrangement, from this florist when ordering in person or online. They have screwed up my order twice now and I will no longer be using them. Both arrangements that I had sent to a relative we're nothing like the ones pictured ....ordered once in store and once online. They also switch out the flower types and colours so the recipients do not get what you are expecting them to receive. The usual excuses are, 'these flowers are hard to get or we did not have that colour.' Well why did you let me know that before I ordered the arrangement? The flowers seem to be available in some of the chain stores in a neighboring town. This store used to be better. I will look elsewhere next time.

Staff is fantastic, very helpful and understanding. They were able to do exactly what I wanted. Flowers look great as well. Big fan of this place. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get flowers in the Mount Forest region!

Ordered flowers off the website to be delivered to my mom for her birthday, the pictures of the flowers on the website look absolutely Nothing like they do when they arrive. On the website they are beautiful and all flowers, when they arrive it's mostly green leaf fillers and a few flowers. Not worth my 70 dollars. Also wanted it to be a surprise and they insisted on calling first to make sure she was home even though I told them that she for sure was, so it ruined the surprise. Not to mention she was very rude to me on the phone when I explained it was a surprise and that I didn't want them calling her. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

So SO lovely. Amazingly helpful, a pleasure to speak with staff over the phone. I didn’t get to know or see what I was sending, it was picked for me based on a brief conversation, but the item that was so graciously delivered was picture perfect. It really made my day. PLEASE SHOP HERE ♥️

Wow wow wow . I ordered an arrangement for Christmas from here for the first time. Wow they did it exactly as I asked and actually went above and beyond .Needless to say this place will be my go to from here on forward. Thanks!
