I picked up my new 2023 R1250 GS April 21. Rick, the staffer who delivered the bike was knowledgeable, reviewing with great patience the numerous features of the GS in detail, over about 1 hour. The GS has a steep learning curve, and Rick answered every question I had.For the GS’s first scheduled service at 1,000 km, I dropped the bike off first thing in the morning and received a call at noon saying the service was completed and the bike was ready for pick up.At pick up, Jordan, the service writer, reviewed in detail all service performed and items that were inspected.Overall, the new bike delivery and first service experiences were excellent, and fully met the high professional standards I expect of a premium motorcycle dealership.

Richard was extremely professional, attentive, and friendly! We purchased a 2023 Kawasaki KLX140R. We were so happy about the service that we plan on purchasing our next dirt bikes and motorcycles from here in the future. Really nice dealership in Edmonton with a huge amount of stock, helmets, gloves, jackets, leather suits, boots you name it. Knowledable and friendly staff, good quality products… seriously an awesome shop for whatever you need related to motorcycles. Very impressive facility and they also support local bike clubs and communities which nice to see.

Outstanding sales experience, which was above and beyond any expectation. I purchased the bike from Calgary, unseen and sitting in a crate as a newly arrived unit. Purchase process was smooth, and Shannon came in on Easter Friday when closed to finalize the deal. Kim reviewed all paperwork and I had assistance with reviewing the bike as well as loading it into my trailer to tow home.As a General Manager of a large domestic automotive store, I’ve used my purchase experience with the Argyll Team in my own store sales training. My husband and I just picked up our customized 2018 Yamaha Golf Cart and can't say enough about our experience at Argyll!! From our Sales Rep Rick to the Finance Manager Kim, Technician Murray, and Parts Rep Doug, we were truly impressed. The whole process was seamless, and they went above and beyond right from our initial inquiry straight through to pick up. Worth the drive from Calgary, as their customer service can't be beat.
